Hailō þiz, Mōder Berhtǭ,
Leuhtas Bringārijaz, Mirkwijas Slahanijaz.
Wulþagō Gudinjō warmiþē,
þai twinōz þīnaizōz wagnas wītandi.
Ek þankanz gebō Sunnōni!
Maht þū skīnaną samftlīkaz ana mek 
Maht þū segaz giftīsi mīnammai  kunjai andi kundī.

Hail to thee, Bright Mother,
Bringer of light, slayer of darkness.
Glorious Goddess of warmth,
the Twins guide thine wagon.
I give thanks to Sunna!
May thou shine softly on me,
May thou grant my kin and people victory!
